We are expecting some bumps and hiccups along the way as we are new to this as well
and so we humbly ask for your patience, understanding and most specially for your cooperation.
We put your safety first before anything else!
As we usher in the New Normal in context of this CoVid-19 Pandemic,
We enjoin you to read through our New Normal Rules for all players at the Club.
We have set in place safety measure & protocols expected from golf courses
which have been approved by the Local Government of Davao City.

NEW NORMAL RULES

The rules, guidelines and policies contained herein are made in accordance with those of the National Government of the Philippines, the Department of Health, the IATF-EID, the Local Government of Davao City, the National Golf Association of the Philippines as well as other concerned National and Local Government Agencies.
These rules shall take effect for the duration of the restricted period or until such time that the Government allows the free and unrestricted movement of individuals.
CLUB ACCESS
Who can play?
It is exclusive for MEMBERS ONLY who are in good standing.
Players must be in good health and free from Covid-19 symptoms such as cough, sore throat or fever.
The Club will not accept guests to play at this time.
Non-golfers are not allowed in the golf course.
Everyone that wants to play golf is required to sign the Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement which can be downloaded below.
RESERVATIONS
How to book a tee-time
There will be a maximum of 15 flights per day
Twosome, Threesome or Foursome only
30-minute interval in between tee-times
Advance booking upto 3 days before via TEXT MESSAGES only.
Send your SMS to (0925) 824 3173, include the date, time, number of players and names of all players.
Strictly 1 player = 1 tee time. No tee-time, No Play.
A member can reserve for all players on the same flight, but all players that have confirmed reservations shall not be allowed to book or reserve another tee-time.
No Walk-in Players even if there are tee-times available.
Cancellations should be made at least 1 day before scheduled tee-off, bookings that are not canceled will be charged the Golf Course Attendants Fee as penalty.
THE GOLF COURSE
Requirements to play
The use of golf carts is mandatory for all players
One player & one bag per golf cart, no sharing of golf carts except for those that play with their spouse or children.
No mask, No play. Masks should be worn at all times.
No hand shakes, high fives or close contact with others;
Observe strict social distancing at all times;
The cup may be raised 1” or a device may be installed that will allow for the safe removal of golf ball from the hole;
There will be a “gimme” circle for faster play.
Do not touch or tend the flagstick.
Practice facilities such as the driving range and practice putting greens will be closed at this time;
Write your scores on your own scorecards. After your game, take a photo and send thru Viber at 0925-824-3172. Do not exchange scorecards with other members.
FEES & CHARGES
What you need to pay for day
All fees and charges will be pre-paid before playing your game, the following are the club rates:
Golf Course Attendant Service Fee PhP 400.00/18 holes
Golf Cart Fee Solo PhP 450.00/18 holes
Golf Cart Fee Shared PhP 600.00/18 holes
(spouse or child only)
Golf Cart Disinfection Fee PhP 50.00/18 holes
(private golf carts)
Sportsfund PhP 50.00/18 holes
Users Fee PhP 100.00/18 holes
GOLF COURSE ATTENDANTS
What can they do for you?
There will be no personal caddies. We will have Golf Course Attendants (GCA) to take their place.
Their role is limited to fill in divots, rake bunkers & to spot and search for golf balls provided that social distancing is observed.
A fixed Service Fee will be charged, tips are optional.
GCA’s are prohibited from handling the golf cart, golf equipment & personal belongings of members.
GCA’s are not allowed on the putting green and can't give advice
GCA’s must wear face masks and gloves at all times;
There will be no umbrella girls and "pulot boys".
Procedure
Arrive 30 minutes before your tee time (time your arrival properly);
Park only in your RESERVED PARKING SLOT;
Your golf cart will be parked to the left of your car, load and secure your golf clubs and personal belongings to your golf cart. Club personnel are not allowed to assist players when loading clubs and personal belongings to avoid multiple handling of items.
Park your golf cart in the DESIGNATED CART PARKING AREA and proceed to cashier.
Submit to another thermal scan before entering the Clubhouse, sanitize your hands
After paying, proceed directly to the assigned starting hole.
This will be a good time to warm up for your game;
Wait in the designated area until you are called to the tee mound.
After everyone has teed-off, proceed to your game. Observe social distancing.
After your game, bring your golf cart to your vehicle and unload your golf bag and all your personal belongings. The club will not be responsible for any losses.
Play n’ Go - Leave the club premises immediately after your round.
Rounds should be completed in a maximum of 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Anyone found contravening the above rules will be removed from the course immediately and will be subject to disciplinary action.
